  • Relationship or family difficulties
  • A child or teenager who seems to be struggling
  • Big life changes and transitions
  • Loneliness and isolation

  • Questions of meaning, identity, and direction
  • Simply needing a safe space to talk

My approach

Integrative, and shaped around you.

There is no single method that fits every person. I use an integrative approach, drawing from humanistic counselling, Gestalt therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and psychoeducation according to each person’s needs.

  • Humanistic counselling — empathy and self-awareness at the centre
  • Gestalt therapy — becoming aware of the present moment and emotions
  • Positive psychology — building on strengths, wellbeing, and growth
  • Mindfulness & psychoeducation — practical understanding you can carry with you
  • Philosophical counselling — gentle reflection on meaning, values, and direction

Frequently asked questions

It is normal to have questions.

Is counselling right for me?

If something is weighing on you — whether it feels big or small — counselling can help you understand it and find a way forward. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. A short first conversation can help you decide, with no obligation to continue.

What happens in the first session?

We begin with a 30-minute pre-counselling consultation (RM50). You share what brings you here, ask anything you like, and we decide together whether and how to continue.

How much do sessions cost?

Individual counselling is RM99 per session (adults, children and adolescents, and older adults), couples sessions are RM150, and psychological assessments are RM88. Discounted three-session packages are available — see the full session fees .

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Online counselling is available for clients across Malaysia, at the same fees as in-person sessions.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us and is handled with care. The rare exceptions are those required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others — and I will always explain these boundaries clearly before we begin.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can reach out directly by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form to arrange a first conversation.
