By using msclaudeecounselling.com or booking a session, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before beginning.

Services offered

Ms. Claudee Counselling provides counselling and psychological assessment services delivered by a registered counsellor. These services offer support and guidance; they are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Booking and payment

Sessions are arranged by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Fees are listed on the Session Fees page and are payable in advance or as agreed when your session is confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you cannot attend a session, please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp so the time can be rearranged.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book on your own behalf. Children and adolescents are welcome with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Not a crisis service

Ms. Claudee Counselling does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 , go to the nearest hospital emergency department, or contact the Befrienders KL on 03-7627 2929 (24 hours).

Limitation of liability

While we are committed to providing a high standard of care, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated terms.
